Lead Engineer, AI Development Experience

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Enhance existing Data Platform Services for better performance
• Design and build automation capabilities in data services
• Support onboarding and operational effectiveness of the data platform
• Develop scalable data integration solutions using Databricks
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across systems
• Implement best practices for data governance
• Monitor and troubleshoot data platform issues

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering roles
• Proficiency in Python/PySpark for coding tasks
• Familiarity with Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools, such as Apache Airflow
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay

$152,000 – $190,000 annually
