Lead Engagement Director CCF - Cleveland Area

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship leader across executive and operational stakeholders
• Drive exceptional customer engagement through proactive communication and relationship management
• Lead strategic discussions on budgeting, asset management, and KPI alignment
• Anticipate client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Directly manage and develop Client Service Managers overseeing service delivery agreements
• Oversee execution of complex, large-scale programs ensuring commitments are met
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on service excellence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or system management
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in service-oriented roles
• Expertise in equipment servicing or technical service environments within healthcare is preferred
• Prowed track record of managing large-scale programs/projects exceeding $100M
• Strong understanding of healthcare system operational and regulatory complexities
