Lead Employee Shuttle Driver - Boston Logan Airport
About the role
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for full time Lead Drivers. This position will primarily be responsible for the safe movement of employees between various lot locations within the Region. When not performing employee transportation services, this person will perform the functions of an on-lot Driver.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill a critical leadership role in moving and delivering vehicles between various points and to locations across the Region and Group safely and in a timely manner.
- Perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
- Deliver vehicles to other locations as directed by management, such as licensee locations, rail yard, auction sites, body shops or other corporate locations.
- Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management driving a passenger van with 5-10 people.
- Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Perform other service-related duties to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Must be able to perform all duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety.
