Lead Electronic Security Installer

This position will focus on the site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients while working alongside internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. A successful Senior Installer can work with minimal supervision, provide daily updates of work performed, and reach out to their project manager for support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Follow and track project scheduling.
- Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
- Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
- Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
- Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
- Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
- Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
