About the Role

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will serve as an electrical engineering lead on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering projects for mission-critical clients, including data centers.
  • Perform design calculations and prepare technical reports and documents.
  • Coordinate with Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot problems to find solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 13+ years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Experience with Revit and computer-aided design (CA) software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and manage a variety of tasks to serve client and project needs.

Pay

National pay range: $130,000—$180,000 USD. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for performance-based bonus and merit increases.
