Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering activities for project execution, including electrical equipment, cabling, interconnections, and system integration.
- Develop and review electrical calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of engineering scope in line with customer requirements, applicable standards, and design practices.
- Provide technical leadership to resolve engineering issues across design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and site support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver integrated solutions and drive project outcomes.
- Support design reviews, root cause analysis, technical risk management, and engineering changes.
- Advance continuous improvement, standardization, and Lean practices to improve quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Contribute technical expertise to product development, design evolution, and broader engineering initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or related project engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical equipment specification, sizing, integration, and technical problem-solving.
Desired Characteristics
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in power generation, balance of plant, or industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of IEC, ANSI, and other applicable electrical codes and standards.
- Experience with commissioning, site support, design reviews, and continuous improvement tools or methodologies.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on Lean, quality, and simplification.

Pay
$98,400.00 - $164,000.00 annually.
