About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for a global client base. Must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's productivity and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database design and SQL.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
