About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for a global client base. Must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's productivity and efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database design and SQL.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
