Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions from power generation and transmission systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects that enhance grid reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients on renewable energy integration and decarbonization solutions.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of project development, including feasibility studies, permitting, and construction management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the energy sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of power systems, renewable energy technologies, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI’s PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of environmental impact assessments and permitting processes.
  • Understanding of sustainable energy policies and their implementation.
