About the role

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Mentor and guide preschool children in their social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promoting the child's achievement and supporting the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center requirements for education and childcare.
• The ability to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical activities with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

Skills

• Energetic and dependable personality.
• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Pay

Compensation is based on position, education, and experience. We offer bi-weekly and daily pay options. Lead Teacher compensation ranges from $20-$21 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedules are available, allowing you to work without nights or weekends. You can also bring your children to work with you and take paid time off.
