Responsibilities

  • Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
  • Mentor and guide preschool children in their social, physical, and intellectual development.
  • Take charge of classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
  • Build meaningful relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promoting the child's success and contributing to the center's overall success.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
  • Ability to meet state and center requirements for education and childcare.
  • Physical stamina to engage in physical activities with children.

  • At least 18 years old.

Pay

$22 - $23 hourly, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.

All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees receive 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
