About the role

We are currently hiring a Lead Early Childhood Teacher at our Madison East and Midtown locations.

• Support children and families from diverse socio-economic backgrounds

Requirements

• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Completed associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or closely related field
• Committed to high standards in early childhood education
• Wisconsin Registry Certificate required (will be assisted in obtaining during the hiring process)

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0-8
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Ability to implement evidence-based teaching strategies
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes

• Competitive Salary: $50,000-$54,000 per year, based on education and experience
