Lead e-Billing Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for managing and processing electronic billing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process electronic billing tasks
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of billing information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Support the implementation of new billing systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-billing or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-billing software such as Sage Intacct, Oracle Receivables, or similar
• Experience with legal and compliance requirements related to billing
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in e-billing

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
