Job Responsibilities
- Drafting (2D and 3D) utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Preparing and creating construction drawings of various types of civil related projects.
- Preparing exhibits and forms needed for agency submittals of 406 projects.
- Provide calculations and reports when helpful for Engineers working on 406 projects.
- Develop and maintain a CAD standard for 406 Engineering along with other 406 Engineering employees.
- Provide training and guidance to other 406 Engineering employees on CAD standards and operations.
- Other duties as needed to carry out the business of 406 Engineering.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD and is proficient with CAD systems and related products or recent grad with an associate or technical degree in drafting or related field.
- PREFERRED - Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D platforms.
- REQUIRED to possess strong critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and good time management abilities.
