For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Lead Domain Architect to join their team. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain domain roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy
- Support and collaborate with solution architects to drive project success
- Engage with business architects and owners to shape technical solutions based on business needs
- Lead technical discussions emphasizing current industry trends and technologies
- Facilitate the Architecture Review Board to ensure adherence to architectural standards
- Provide architectural guidance on integrating various technologies in development efforts
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance architecture standards and practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Analytics, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may substitute for education
- 7 years of technical leadership and hands-on technology implementation experience, including 4 years in software development or systems administration and 3 years in technical architecture
- Expertise in at least three specified domains including Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, or Cloud Computing
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practices, software development best practices, and tools
- Healthcare industry experience and relevant certifications such as TOGAF or ITIL are preferred

Pay
$120,000 – $145,000 annually
