Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually
Responsibilities
- Accountable for timely sharing of risk adjustment KPIs and trends through dashboards
- Quantify risk movement drivers and present insights for actionable business decisions
- Evaluate organizational performance against objectives, setting benchmarks and goals
- Deliver executive insights that align with strategic operational planning and performance improvement
- Develop analytics for provider performance that guide engagement and risk adjustment outcomes
- Monitor key metrics in provider performance, identifying trends and best practices across specialties
- Lead the integration of AI and advanced analytics into reporting and decision-making processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, or business intelligence
- 2+ years in a leadership position managing analytics teams or initiatives
- Strong skills in executive communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python; experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Proven ability to oversee complex analytics portfolios and maintain organizational standards
