Lead Director, Provider Service Model Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Provider Service Model Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will guide the end-to-end design and execution of the provider service model, with a focus on timely delivery, governance, and measurable network outcomes. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders and executive leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and clear reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management discipline, a healthcare background, and the ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
