Lead Director - Product Portfolio Management

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Lead Director of Product Portfolio Management. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to define portfolio strategy based on market intelligence and customer needs
• Monitor and drive overall portfolio performance, adjusting strategies to meet business goals
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear priorities and timelines
• Facilitate alignment across various departments to ensure smooth execution
• Champion change management and continual improvement initiatives across markets

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in product or portfolio management in healthcare or related fields
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing managers or complex teams
• Proven track record of developing strategies that enhance growth and customer value
• Strong executive presentation and storytelling capabilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Pay

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
