For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Lead Director of Commercial Product Analytics to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance.

About the role

You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product analytics strategy across the payor portfolio
  • Establish standards for product performance measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate with product owners and teams to align analytics priorities
  • Act as a strategic liaison to clarify analytics requirements and needs
  • Guide cross-functional alignment on priorities and dependencies
  • Enhance clarity in how product value and performance measures are represented
  • Identify improvement opportunities in product evaluation and reporting

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in analytics or healthcare product analytics leadership roles
  • Strong background in payor-focused products or healthcare solutions
  • Proven experience defining measurement and reporting strategies
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with actuarial and reporting teams
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-team initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinking connecting product measures to portfolio impact
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influencing skills

Pay

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
