Lead Director, Business Intelligence

What You Will Do
- Create and execute the company's analytics strategy that focuses on enhancing customer experiences and capitalizing on business growth opportunities.
- Establish data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data integrity, data quality, security, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Create and maintain analytical models and tools that provide insights into customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes, ultimately driving the success of future business ventures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging analytic trends, innovative technologies, and data collection methods, subsequently contributing to selection and integration efforts.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures that align with the core organizational values and drive constant operational compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to analyze and interpret healthcare data, such as patient outcomes, financial performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
- Manage and optimize the company's data infrastructure to support analytics initiatives that promote organizational key values.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards that enable stakeholders to explore and understand complex healthcare data easily.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years work experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

As a Lead Director, Business Intelligence, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by leading the department by providing strategic leadership and oversight for data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
