LEAD Die Cutting Operator - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and coach operators in efficient and safe operations.
• Adjust processes to optimize cost, material, and line efficiencies.
• Communicate clearly and precisely with internal and external customers.
• Provide technical support and assistance to team.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and material issues.
• Guide team in interpreting existing processes and policies.
• Participate in the team process and consistently attentive to quality throughout manufacturing process.
• Notify Manager of defect trends and nonconforming cutting quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance on die cutting equipment.
• Complete appropriate reports related to safety incidents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED;
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating a die cutting machine;
• 2-3 years' experience in supervisory/lead role;
• Industry experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $28-$32/hour
3rd Shift Differential: $1.00/hour
