- Design and enforce Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies using cloud-native services.
- Implement system hardening and security configurations across services and operating systems.
- Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code practices, automating operational processes.
- Continuously assess and improve systems performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and team development.
Requirements
- Proven experience building, deploying, and operating highly scalable infrastructure in a security-conscious cloud environment.

- Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, including implementation of "shift-left security" and integration of security scanners into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
