Lead Development Coordinator
About the role
EF Explore America is seeking a Lead Development Coordinator to join our New Leads team (part of the Growth Marketing team). In this role, you’ll primarily focus on generating new business through email marketing by partnering with sales teams to manage, plan, and implement marketing strategies aimed at furthering our mission of opening the world through education.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with external clients and internal sales staff
- Provide regular stats and reports to keep the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and sales consultants informed
- Partner with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and sales consultants to drive focus, support strategic plans, and execute tactically
- Use your proficiency in Microsoft Office to deploy, track, and maintain all marketing campaigns

Pay
Compensation for this role is $50,000, with a bonus potential of $10,000.
