Lead Detailer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform high-quality detailing services that leave customers impressed every time
• Clean, wash, wax, buff, vacuum, and sanitize vehicles inside and out
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections, damage, and areas needing additional attention
• Help coordinate daily workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
• Support and train newer detail team members on proper processes and expectations
• Maintain quality standards and provide feedback to ensure consistent results
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and detailing products
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Assist with additional responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred
• Leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining accountability
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Knowledge of detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
