Pay

$38 - $41 per hour

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end material design strategies across core product lines to elevate the consumer experience and strengthen brand equity.
• Partner with cross‑functional design, product management, and development teams to translate market insights into trend‑relevant product solutions.
• Champion sustainable material innovations and emotive storytelling techniques to deliver high‑visibility, forward‑thinking product narratives.
• Conceptualize and execute 3D digital renderings and physical mockups to validate complex design concepts and streamline development workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in innovative footwear or technical apparel design, or a Bachelor’s degree in Design with equivalent industry experience.
• Specialized expertise in material development, color theory, human factors, and advanced 3D sample building or hand‑mockups.
• Proven track record of translating consumer insights into market‑leading product designs and sustainable material solutions.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills with a collaborative mindset to lead high‑impact design partnerships.
