Lead Design Architect

About the role

Our SW Michigan client is seeking a Lead Design Architect to design innovative spaces for their predominantly fundamental modern church clientele.

Responsibilities

• Meetings with Clients to understand their vision, budget, site and other project needs.
• Develop Conceptual and Schematic designs.
• Create and develop Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents.
• Lead Exterior and Interior Material Selection and Finish requirements.
• Secure necessary approvals from state, county and city officials as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Pay & schedule

• Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm
