Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is confident managing advanced treatment plans, committed to clinical excellence, and motivated by the opportunity to help patients achieve optimal oral health. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Performing crown and bridge dentistry
• Surgical and routine extractions
• Implant placement and restoration
• Endodontic therapy (molar endodontics preferred)
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative cases

Requirements

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum 5+ years of comprehensive clinical experience preferred
• Experience with implant placement and restoration strongly preferred
• Molar endodontic experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
