Lead Dental Assistant w/ X-ray
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting.
We have:
Job Title: Lead Dental Assistant w/ X-ray Department/Location: Operations Reports to: Dental Practice Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Company Overview: ProSmile is the fastest growing dental organization on the East Coast and Midwest... (some prose)
Position Summary: As a Lead Dental Assistant with X-ray, you will help support the clinical needs... (prose)
Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties.
Qualifications: Applicable licensing required... etc.
Benefits Summary: details.
Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment: details.
Equal Employment: boilerplate (should be removed).
Company Safety: details (maybe we can include as part of responsibilities? but it's separate; but we only include sections if they have real content. Could include "Work Environment" maybe as part of Responsibilities? But we have to follow headings list. There's no explicit "Work Environment" heading in allowed list. So we may either omit or incorporate into Responsibilities? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning these are examples; we can use those headings. Probably we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to these sections.
We have:
- About the role: could be Company Overview + Position Summary combined.
- Responsibilities: Duties And Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe Qualifications? Actually Requirements could be licensing etc. Qualifications separate? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. The posting has "Qualifications" section. Could treat that as Qualifications. Requirements maybe not present; we could omit.
- Skills: maybe we have "Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excell" etc. Could be Skills.
- Benefits: Benefits Summary.
- Pay: not mentioned; we should not include Pay section.
- Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from those sections.
We need to format lists with - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use
.
We need to drop boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also drop "Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment" and "Company Safety" and "Equal Employment" as they are not in allowed headings; but we need to preserve substantive information? The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." However also says "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment and Company Safety are not boilerplate; they are substantive. But we don't have a heading for them in allowed list. Could we include them under a generic heading like "About the role"? Or maybe we can create a section "Work Environment" but not in allowed list; instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings. However the examples list likely the expected headings. Safer to stick to those headings and incorporate other info into appropriate sections.
We can incorporate Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment into "About the role" or maybe "Responsibilities"? Probably "About the role" can include overview of work environment. Similarly Company Safety could be part of Responsibilities or About the role.
We need to ensure we don't lose any substantive info. Let's extract all substantive content:

Equal Employment: boilerplate to remove.
We need to incorporate Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment and Company Safety into sections. Perhaps we can add a section "Work Environment" but not in allowed list. However we could put them under "About the role" as part of overview. Or we could create a section "Requirements" for physical demands? But Requirements usually refers to qualifications/licenses. Better to put them under "About the role" as part of description of role.
We must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve all details. So we need to include those sentences verbatim (or close) within paragraphs.
We also need to avoid duplication: some sentences may repeat.
Now craft HTML.
We'll start with About the role
then a

Better to split: About the role (Company Overview + Position Summary). Then maybe a separate section "Work Environment" but not in allowed list. However we could treat Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment as part of "About the role". Similarly Company Safety could be part of "About the role". That will preserve all info.
