Lead Deli & Bakery Clerk

About the role

Assist in the management of the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager. Provide continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, outstanding leadership to Deli & Bakery staff, and ensure superior quality and freshness of all salad, sliced meat, and bakery products.

• Answer phones and take special orders
• Train new employees and educate guests at the Deli/Bakery counter
• Create a fun and friendly atmosphere to attract guests
• Engage guests through product samples and suggestive selling
• Ensure display cases are fully stocked
• Understand and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

USD $16.25 - USD $21.50 per hour
