About the role

This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, primarily in the absence of the department manager.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, decision‑making, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in retail systems, MS Office, and suggestive selling knowledge is advantageous. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk extensively, and work in varied environments is necessary. Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable depending on location. Good problem‑solving, conflict management, strategic planning, and business acumen skills are important. Physical stamina and adherence to safety and food safety standards are required to perform essential functions effectively.
