Lead Daycare Teacher (Infants, Toddlers, Twos) Level 2

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Mentor and guide preschool children in their social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promoting the child's achievement and supporting the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and childcare center requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options. Lead Teacher: $22.32-$23.19.
