About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using IBM Watson technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data-driven strategies
• Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions
• Work closely with product development teams to integrate AI capabilities into products
• Train and mentor junior data scientists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field
• Experience with IBM Watson technologies and machine learning frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with natural language processing and sentiment analysis
• Understanding of data warehousing and database management systems
• Experience with API integration and web services
