Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, deployment, and periodic maintenance of AI solutions. (30%)
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners to drive the delivery of enterprise solutions. (20%)
- Establish and execute the framework for engaging enterprise partners to plan new AI solutions. (15%)
- Assist with documentation, compliance, model governance, and maintenance of AI solutions. (15%)
- Research advanced modeling and AI techniques to improve predictive modeling and maintain business acumen in relevant industries. (10%)
- Provide training and mentoring to junior Data Scientists. (10%)
- Lead projects as needed or required. (10%)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Economics
- 8 - 10 years experience in building sophisticated models using machine learning, segmentation, time series, and other advanced analytics methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields (preferred)
- Advanced machine learning modeling and/or technical expertise in developing market differentiation data science products (preferred)
- Experience in bank card/credit card business, consulting, retail, marketing, loyalty, and/or financial services (preferred)
- Knowledge of Conjoint Analysis (preferred)

Work Environment

Pay
The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills. You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization.

- California: $144,200.00 - $250,800.00

- New York: $137,900.00 - $250,800.00
