The Data Science Manager at Polytick.us is responsible for overseeing the data science team, ensuring that projects align with company goals, and driving innovation through advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing data science teams.
• Experience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake or Redshift.
