Responsibilities

• Shaping enterprise data strategies that unlock AI readiness and business value
• Architecting modern data platforms on Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Azure
• Winning strategic engagements through compelling pre-sales leadership
• Ensuring delivery excellence across complex, multi-workload implementations
• Elevating our practice through thought leadership, mentorship, and standards

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data solutions
• Technical skills: 5+ years in client-facing consulting or professional services
• Leadership: 3+ years leading architecture across multiple concurrent engagements
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Architect
