About the role

The Lead DAS Technician will support advanced DAS installations, troubleshooting, testing, and field leadership within a small two‑person team on in‑building wireless projects across federal, state and local government, education, transportation, venues/stadiums, and healthcare sectors. The role involves construction and maintenance of wireless access points, DAS/low‑voltage systems, fiber, coax, ODAS/IDAS work, and requires travel with overnight stays, mileage reimbursement, hotel coverage, and a $65/day per diem. This is a long‑term FTE opportunity structured as a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire with a strong conversion track record.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and maintenance of in‑building wireless access points and DAS systems.
• Support DAS/low‑voltage installation, public safety, fiber, coax, ODAS/IDAS projects.
• Work on new builds and existing campuses (hospitals, schools, stadiums, etc.).
• Lead advanced DAS installations, troubleshooting, testing, and field leadership within a two‑person team.
• Work with 1/2" coax and OEM platforms (JMA, ADRF, SOLiD, Comba/Somba, SpiderCloud, Ericsson).
