About the role
As a Lead Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and issues to prevent churn.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with AI tools to analyze customer data and improve service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
