About the role

As a Lead Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and issues to prevent churn.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to align on customer success initiatives.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and gather feedback to inform future strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer health and trends to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with AI tools to analyze customer data and improve service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management best practices.
