Lead Custodian - Athletics

About the role

The Lead Custodian supports the Athletics Supervisor by performing routine cleaning in offices and public areas, assisting with training staff, assigning and inspecting work, and promoting accountability and strong work standards within the team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6 months custodial or housekeeping experience
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date

Schedule

• Panama schedule pattern, 7:00pm - 7:30am
• Shift differential of an additional $0.50 per hour for 12-hour shifts
• Shift differential does not apply if transferring to another custodial team
• This schedule follows a 28-day rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off
