About the role
Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you'll perform and lead custodial tasks, operate various industrial cleaning equipment, and manage a team of environmental services staff.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
Pay
Starting from USD $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed
- Operate various industrial cleaning equipment
- Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts
- Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager
- Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing
- Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of experience in Environmental Services; supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling
- Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work around cleaning products
- Must reside within the service area
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required
- Must provide a criminal background check
