Ace Handyman Services seeks a highly motivated, talented, multi-skilled Lead Craftsman who is committed to quality work and customer service. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and the leadership skills needed to oversee a small crew, with a strong will to succeed and a passion for personal growth. Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including:
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Oversee and lead a small crew on projects.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide prompt, professional resolutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.
• Own truck or van and tools.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable.
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades, including:
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical
• Flooring
• Drywall
• Paint
• Proper equipment knowledge (not necessarily owning every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for tasks).
• Presentable, clean-cut appearance.
• Decent-looking, organized vehicle and tools.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekend work required).

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
