About the role
The Coordinator of Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) supervises a team of Behavioral Interventionists who work with students, their families, teachers, and school administrators to facilitate healthy coping skills and adaptive interactions.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily activities of RBHS Behavioral Interventionists and signing off on Medicaid related documentation.
- Collaboration with RBHS team members, school personnel, and family members to develop an Individual Plan of Care for specific students.
- Providing assessments, behavioral interventions, individual, family, and group therapy to identified students.

Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Eligible Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Doctoral Psychologist preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years working in the field of social work and/or clinical counseling with children and adolescents.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Schedule
190 days per year, with specific hours and days to be determined by the school district.
