We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Role Summary", "Key Responsibilities And Tasks", "Required Skills", "Beneficial Skills", "Locations", "Working Environment", "What's In It For You". Also salary range. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from Role Summary), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities And Tasks), Requirements (Required Skills), Qualifications (maybe combine Required Skills?), Skills (maybe Beneficial Skills?), Benefits (What's In It For You), Pay (salary range), Schedule (maybe Working Environment includes hybrid). The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine some. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Company description: FactSet creates flexible... (first paragraph). Could be part of About the role? Actually "About the role" maybe includes role summary and company context. But we can include a section "About the role" with the role summary paragraph(s). The role summary: "We are looking for a Specialty Services Lead to join our Middle Office Managed Services team in the USA – an individual who is enthusiastic, intellectually curious and takes pride in the work they do. We offer the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in the FactSet Core Analytics products suite and solutions by bridging the gap between investment and software professionals. The role requires collaborative partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders including client representatives, sales, product specialists and engineers." Also earlier paragraphs about FactSet and team description could be part of About the role or maybe omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the company description? It's substantive but maybe not required for role. However we can include it in About the role as context. It's not boilerplate. So include. Responsibilities: list bullet points under Key Responsibilities And Tasks. We'll convert each bullet to

  • . Required Skills: list bullet points. Beneficial Skills: list bullet points. Locations: list of cities. Working Environment: Hybrid. What's In It For You: list of benefits. Salary: budgeted salary range for this position in the state of California, Connecticut, and New York is $106,000-$120,000. Also note may differ elsewhere. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Preferred Qualifications" (or "Beneficial Skills"), "Location & Work Arrangement", "Compensation & Benefits". But we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state salary range and benefits, so we can have a "Compensation and Benefits" section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. None. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement and E-Verify. Remove that. Also remove "Learn More About Our Benefits Here ." maybe keep as part of benefits? It's a link; we can keep the sentence but it's not substantive? Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove that line. Also remove "Company Overview" maybe? It's substantive but could be part of About the role. We'll keep it. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; so we need to keep company overview details (S&P 500, clients, etc). That's substantive. Thus About the role section will include the initial paragraphs about FactSet, team description, role summary. Now format. We'll produce:
