What You Will Do

• Oversee food production and assume duties of absent Motel Management
• Plan recipes and menus to maintain company standards for food quality, presentation, and cost management
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness
• Train staff in cooking methods and food preparation
• Auxiliary responsibilities may include assisting in catering and deliveries, enforcing purchasing specifications and waste control procedures, and evaluating and improving food production practices

What You Bring To Freeport

• Completion of a post-secondary culinary arts training program OR at least two (2) years of experience in food preparation
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Food Handler’s Card within one month of employment
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in a similar role
• Leadership qualities

• The estimated pay range for this role is currently $24.00 - $32.00/hour
