What You Will Do
- Oversee food production and assume duties of absent Motel Management
- Plan recipes and menus to maintain company standards for food quality, presentation, and cost management
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness
- Train staff in cooking methods and food preparation
- Auxiliary responsibilities may include assisting in catering and deliveries, enforcing purchasing specifications and waste control procedures, and evaluating and improving food production practices
What You Bring To Freeport
- Completion of a post-secondary culinary arts training program OR at least two (2) years of experience in food preparation
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Food Handler’s Card within one month of employment
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in a similar role
- Leadership qualities

- The estimated pay range for this role is currently $24.00 - $32.00/hour
- Additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance
