About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and market share
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
