Lead Conversion - Inside Sales

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy, competitive Inside Sales Rep who loves the grind, loves the phone, and loves winning. This role is 100% remote within the US, preferably in MT or CT zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with potential clients through outbound calling
• Close deals that result in $300,000 in gross profit revenue in the first 6 months
• Manage and exceed monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to problems
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in real estate or related field is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desire to succeed and be part of a growing company
