Lead Consulting Engineer

What You'll Do Serve as the strategic advisor for a portfolio of clientsDevelop technology roadmaps and recommendations that support business objectivesConduct technical assessments, audits, and recurring client reviewsIdentify opportunities to improve security, infrastructure, cloud, and overall technology performanceCollaborate with Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and Client Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomesAct as a senior technical resource for complex client environmentsBuild trusted relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders What We're Looking For Strong technical background across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and business systemsExperience consulting with business leaders and translating technical concepts into practical solutionsAbility to think strategically while remaining hands-on when neededExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience in managed services or multi-client environments is preferredA proactive mindset with a passion for helping clients get the most from their technology Why NetGain?
