Lead Consultant, Healthcare Performance Improvement - Hospital Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including:
- Clinical operations and workforce optimization
- Workforce productivity and expense evaluations
- Detailed service line analyses
- System throughput enhancement
- Facilitate client communications and coordinate updates to workplans and engagement deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, agreements, research, reports, and presentations.
- Manage projects by coordinating timelines and deliverables for successful execution.
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover actionable insights and create compelling visualizations.
- Drive improvements in system throughput, workforce productivity, and organizational structure.
- Develop tailored deliverables to drive impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and efficiency improvement strategies
- Experience with data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Prior consulting experience, including advising clients on process optimization, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives (preferred)

Pay
Illinois Wage Transparency: The salary range for this role in the Illinois market is $98,600 – $164,400 USD. The salary will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
