About the Role

Bridge communication between operations/compliance teams and IT/engineering teams. Review test scripts and UAT to confirm systems reflect actual gas workflows. Define and validate requirements for gas-related IT systems (GIS, work/asset management, SCADA, billing, compliance tracking).

Responsibilities

• Translate real-world gas business processes—distribution, transmission, compliance—into requirements that developers, analysts, and testers can build and validate against.
• Support data migration validation for pipeline and asset data.
• Maintain business process knowledge repositories.
• Act as the primary knowledge expert for Gas Operations business processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Maximo/SAP, Agile methodologies, PMP/CGIP certifications.

Richardson, TX 75082 — Hybrid work setup.
