Role Summary
This position sits at the intersection of tile estimating, preconstruction, and construction sales. You Will:
- Earn detailed tile and stone estimates for commercial and high-end residential projects
- Accurately perform material and labor takeoffs
- Develop clear scope of work and pricing assumptions
- Lead preconstruction and estimating discussions with general contractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the proposal phase
- Identify and resolve scope gaps before pricing
- Support proposal follow-up and closing
- Help decide which projects we pursue
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed tile and stone estimates for commercial and high-end residential projects
- Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs
- Develop clear scope of work and pricing assumptions
- Lead preconstruction and estimating discussions with general contractors

Sales Expectations
- You Will Be Expected To:
- Communicate directly with GC decision-makers
- Participate in proposal follow-up and bid reviews
- Support a healthy sales pipeline
- Use relationship-based, professional selling rather than pressure tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Tile and stone estimating experience strongly preferred
- Experience working directly with general contractors
- Comfortable with client-facing communication and presentations
- Understanding of scope development, pricing, and change orders
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit jobsites and GC offices
