About the role

The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of a design-build construction project. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in construction/project management tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide construction management and administrative oversight for a design-build project.
  • Support senior leadership in ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Monitor construction progress, document activities, and identify/report potential issues or deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with design, program controls, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Interface with contractor teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Identify, track, and ensure resolution of deficient work and corrective actions.
  • Enforce project policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; minimum 8 years of relevant construction project experience; strong communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in construction/project management tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Preferred: Experience managing complex construction projects across various delivery methods; high-rise project experience; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities; excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

$190,000 - $215,000
