Aramark is seeking a Food Production Worker to oversee or delegate responsibilities within food service operations, including inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Pay

$19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work to a food service team and oversee task completion
• Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service
• Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes
• Properly store food following food safety policies and procedures
• Set up work stations (prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.)
• Break down, clean, and sanitize work stations
• Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
• Replenish food items and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, clients, and coworkers
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience required
• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
• May require uniforms and/or use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
